Prices are as marked in $AUD and include 10% GST. Postage and handling is additional and will be added accordingly at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice and are dependent on fluctuations in the pricing of supplier stocks. We make every effort to keep prices as low as possible to stay competitive.
Out of Stock Items
Our collections are all handmade and unique. Most items are one off in their collection or series due to the seasonal changes in paper stocks and supplies. Once a particular item has been purchased it is automatically deleted from the store. You can search our gallery for past collections and styles and if there is something you would like recreated please contacts us via our contact form. Please note that exact replicas are note possible but we will do everything we can to closely match the design.
We accept Paypal as a recognised and secure way for you to pay using your credit card or transferring funds. We also have the option of bank transfer to make your payment. Items will be shipped once payment has been cleared and funds have been transferred into our account. Bank details are on the order which is emailed to you once you have submitted your order through checkout. Please use your invoice number as reference so we can confirm your payment.
Shipping / Delivery
We send our products Australia wide via Australia Post. All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days after payment has been cleared. Because we are a small business we do not refund or replace lost items so we strongly recommend you use insurance which covers you up to $100 and can be selected in checkout. All our products have a lot of love, time & effort put into them and therefore we send packaged in a cardboard box for protection so that it arrives to you in the condition that it left us. Refunds are not accepted unless we have made an error and sent you the wrong item. In this case we can offer you a refund, exchange or credit. It is for this reason that we strongly recommend that postage insurance is taken out which will cover you up to $100 for damage or loss of item.
